The investigation found the violation of 110-300-0331(1)(c) to be found valid because, the investigation found that the staff member involved grabbed a child by the wrist leaving the child with marks. This was a self-reported intake and the provider took immediate action to address the concerns of the intake. The identified member is no longer employed at the early learning center.
